Agreement to Terms

By renting a golf cart from Luxury Golf Cart Rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Rental Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Valid driver's license from any country
• Valid contact information and accommodation details

Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

Payment Terms

• Full rental payment is due at time of booking or upon delivery
• We accept cash (USD or BZD), credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Rental Period and Usage

Rental Duration

Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour increments from the delivery time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Permitted Use

• Golf carts may only be driven on public roads in San Pedro and Ambergris Caye
• Maximum speed limit: 15 mph (24 km/h)
• Carts must not be driven on the beach or in water
• Driver must possess a valid driver's license at all times
• No off-road or reckless driving

Prohibited Activities

• Operating the cart while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allowing unlicensed persons to drive
• Using the cart for commercial purposes without authorization
• Modifying or tampering with the cart
• Exceeding passenger capacity
• Smoking in the cart

Insurance and Liability

Insurance Coverage

Liability insurance is included with all rentals. The renter is responsible for any damage to the cart caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse.

Renter's Responsibility

The renter is liable for:

• All damage to the cart not covered by insurance
• Theft or loss of the cart or its accessories
• Personal injury or property damage to third parties
• Traffic violations and parking tickets

Maintenance and Breakdowns

Daily Maintenance

The renter is responsible for keeping the cart fueled. Fuel costs are the renter's responsibility. Running out of fuel is not grounds for a refund.

Mechanical Issues

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. If the cart breaks down due to mechanical failure, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Contact us immediately if any issues arise.

Delivery and Return

We offer free delivery and pickup anywhere on Ambergris Caye. Delivery and pickup times must be arranged in advance. The renter must be present for delivery and return inspections.

Accidents and Theft

In Case of Accident

The renter must:

• Immediately contact Luxury Golf Cart Rental
• Not leave the scene of the accident
• Exchange information with other parties involved
• File a police report if required
• Document the accident with photos

In Case of Theft

Immediately report any theft to the police and Luxury Golf Cart Rental. The renter will be liable for the full replacement cost of the cart.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

Luxury Golf Cart Rental's liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belize.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
